Who we are
Orchestre operates Shopify apps under the Orchestre brand. Contact: support@orchestre.shop.
What we collect through Shopify
When a merchant installs StockWatch, we access:
- Shop domain and offline session / access token (to call Admin APIs)
- Inventory levels, locations, and product identifiers needed to evaluate stock alerts
- App installation / uninstallation and scope-change webhook events
We do not request customer PII, order line customer data, or storefront tracking.
What merchants provide directly
- Optional alert email address
- Optional Slack or Discord incoming webhook URLs
- Alert rule settings (thresholds, quiet hours, debounce)
How we use information
Solely to provide inventory alerts and operate the app: evaluate stock, send notifications you configure, show quality stats in Admin, and meet Shopify compliance obligations (including shop data deletion after uninstall).
We do not sell merchant data. We do not use merchant data to train public AI models.
Processors
- Cloudflare (Workers hosting, Durable Objects, DNS)
- Neon (Postgres database via Hyperdrive)
- Resend (transactional email, when email alerts are enabled)
- Slack / Discord (only if you paste an incoming webhook URL)
- Shopify (App Store, Admin API, billing)
Retention
Shop settings and alert telemetry are retained while the app is installed
and for operational debugging. After uninstall, Shopify sends a
shop/redact webhook; we delete the shop’s sessions, settings,
and alert events.
International transfers
Infrastructure may process data in the United States and other regions where our processors operate. Merchants are responsible for their own compliance obligations when installing third-party apps.
